There seems to be something of a tradition of Chinese companies listed with the Singapore Stock Exchange delisting from the exchange and relisting with the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
My company, C.banner International delisted from the Singapore Exchange in 2010, relisting with the Hong Kong Exchange in 2011. Since then, shares for C.banner have seen an increase in value of around 40%
In July this year, another Chinese company Luye Pharma made this move as well.
